Donna is the FMLA Account Manager for Consolidated Admin Services. She has more than 18 years of experience in FMLA compliance and 20 years of experience in benefit administration/human resource management experience. Donna joined CAS in 2016 and is dedicated to making the FMLA process as simple as possible for clients and participants. She enjoys helping CAS clients with the FMLA process and strives to make it one less thing they stress about. Donna is a wife of 32 years, a mom of 3, and Meme to one grandchild. She also claims to be the #1 fan of the Dallas Cowboys!!
FMLA Account Manager
Melanie, a valuable member of our COBRA Account Management Team, has been a dedicated employee since 2017. Melanie’s primary responsibility is the daily processing of COBRA benefits and data files. She has revolutionized CAS’ data file procedures and implementation process. Melanie enjoys the opportunity to help participants understand their benefits. Melanie’s hobbies are volunteering at the local animal shelter, writing children’s books, and taking extra classes at the local college to gain more knowledge about the technical world.
COBRA Account Manager
Tina is a COBRA Account Manager with Consolidated Admin Services. Tina works primarily with COBRA participants once they have accepted the offer of COBRA. She also works closely with employers regarding the administration of COBRA and compliance. Tina has been with CAS for three years but has worked in benefit administration for seven years and customer service for twelve years. Tina appreciates the opportunity to advocate for COBRA participants and enjoys helping them understand their benefit options. Outside of CAS, Tina enjoys watching her son play baseball, hanging out with family and friends, and reading.
COBRA Conversion Specialist
Wilson was hired on as a project manager to oversee the conversion to our new, more robust COBRA platform. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in May of 2018 and started with CAS in August. Wilson recently accepted the increased responsibility of COBRA Operations Manager and looks forward to maintaining CAS’ pattern of quality, personal administration while pursuing advanced technology to streamline and simplify the COBRA process for clients and participants. He is driven by a desire for excellence and a will for integrity in everything he does. Wilson values interacting with clients, helping them resolve problems, and inspiring confidence in the CAS family. Outside of the office Wilson enjoys spending time with his dog, hanging out with friends, and playing golf.
