Consolidated Admin Services “CAS” is dedicated to supporting our team members and our clients. CAS offers a competitive compensation package with an excellent benefit package with 100% employer paid short-term and long-term disability and life insurance. Employees that average 30 hours or more are eligible to contribute to our 401k plan.  CAS matches $1.00 for $1.00 up to 3% and $0.50 on the dollar up to 5% for a total of 4% employer contribution.

Medical Insurance by Blue Cross Blue Shield • Provides benefits for office visits, preventive care, prescription drugs and hospital services. CAS pays 80% of total premium for both employee & family coverage.

Dental Insurance by Delta Dental • Provides benefits for preventive services, restorative care, periodontics, root canals and x-rays. CAS pays 80% of total premium for both employee & family coverage.

Vision Insurance by Delta Vision • Provides benefits for yearly eye exam, lenses, frames and contacts.  CAS pays 80% of total premium for both employee & family coverage.

Paid time off – PTO combines all types of leave time together, allowing team members to use the time as they need it for sick leave, vacation, or other personal needs.  Team members with less than 5 years of service: PTO is calculated at 4:00 a pay period which gives you 104 total PTO hours a year.  Team member with more than 5 years of service:  PTO is calculated at 5:54 a pay period which gives you 144 total PTO hours a year. 

CAS also offers 10 additional days off for holidays – New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day & your birthday! So don’t forget to visit a beach or go skiing!

We offer FSAs, HSAs, and DCAPs. These are on a calendar year basis so new employees can enroll in these plans now or wait until January 1st. This allows pretax contributions to cover unreimbursed out-of-pocket expenses for medical, dental and vision. All benefits are pre-taxed through our 125 Plan.

Short Term Disability Insurance by USAble. Provides a benefit of 60% of your weekly salary up to $1,000 a week. Benefits begin after 7 days of disability. CAS pays 100%

Long Term Disability Insurance by USAble. Provides a benefit of 60% of your monthly salary up to $5,000 a month. Benefits begin after 90 days of disability. CAS pays 100%

Supplemental Coverages such as Cancer, Accident, and/or Critical Care are also offered through Guardian Life. The Hatcher Agency assists CAS with special pricing and benefits, and these premiums are paid by the employee and are pre-taxed. Family coverage is also available.

Life / AD&D Insurance by USAble. Provides a Flat $10,000 Life/AD&D benefit. CAS pays 100%

Employee Assistance Plan EAP by New Direction • Provides services such as having access to a 24/7 Call Center, short term counseling, and referrals in legal, financial and work/life areas. CAS pays 100%

Permanent Term to Age 121 Life Insurance by 5 Star Life. Rates remain the same and do not increase with age. Spouse and child(ren) coverage is also available.
