Oksana is a Customer Service Representative who is new to the benefits administration field. She has two years of health care customer service experience along with several years of general customer service. Oksana’s passion is to learn and help people in any way that she can. At CAS, she enjoys helping participants understand how their account works, explaining how they can access their benefits, and answering general questions. She believes participant satisfaction is integral to the success of any company. Oksana is a wife and mother of two who enjoys the company of her family and helping her young children learn and grow.
Stephanie is an Account Manager and CAS’ Claims Manager. She has been with the CAS team since 2016. Stephanie has worked in health care customer service for more than five years and is CAS’ resident eligibility authority. Developing relationships with the participants and clients is one of Stephanie’s favorite things about CAS. She loves that there is always something new to learn. When she isn’t working, Stephanie enjoys being with her family, being outdoors, and following her kids from ball court to ball field.
Nicki is an Account Manager with Consolidated Admin Services. Nicki provides service for employers and participants, including administration of FSA, HSA, and HRA benefits. Nicki enjoys interacting with clients and participants, having the opportunity to build professional relationships. Nicki has been in the industry for over 7 years and enjoys the importance of customer service that CAS delivers. When not at work, Nicki enjoys being with her husband and kids, photography, and listening to/producing podcasts.

Autumn is an Implementation and Account Manager with Consolidated Admin Services. Autumn works with employers and participants to provide information and access, assist in compliance, and apply solutions. A graduate of University of Central Arkansas with her BA and Bowling Green State University with her MA, Autumn enjoys both the fast-paced professional aspect of her role at CAS as well as the relationships she has the opportunity to build with clients. Autumn believes in delivering thorough support and observing the principle of Southern Hospitality whenever possible. Customer Service Specialist
LeQuater has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, account management, revenue and reimbursements, and customer service. Her education background includes a BS in Business Administration from Arkansas State University and an MBA, MA in Human Resource Management, and a Certificate in Gerontology from Webster University. LeQuater is an Account Manager for CAS and is responsible for daily administration and service of our client accounts.
